King (Salford's keeper ) - for trying to get the referee to stop the play - for Kashket to receive treatment for a head injury ---- mind you, I think that there were times when it was obvious that the referee was suffering from a head 'injury' (( well, he would have been injured if there had been anything inside his head. )) 2.
