1. Morris 2.McKenzie 3. McGill ( MK Dons goalkeeper ) - he gave Gills a 'helping hands It might have been an ugly win - emphasising the need to score more if greater success is to be achieved - but - I was grateful of the sterling defensive job - well done.
From what few highlights I saw... 1. Morris, good to have him back, no disrespect to Turner. And wow did he make his presence count in the dying minutes. 2. McKenzie, another goal, another win, I'm getting dizzy lol 3. Brad & Shannon for being patient
Hard fought win, i think all eleven put in a decent shift 1. McKenzie, aside from scoring the goal, he was excellent in midfield and we are a better side when he plays. 2. Morris - our defence looks so much better when he is behind them. 3. Rowe - good to see him back, and he had a big hand in the goal and in most of our best moments.
1. McKenzie - Workhorse of a bloke continues to pop up when others don't expect him to. He might not be the first name you think of, but I believe he's a proper Gillingham player. 2. Clark - His best game for about 2 months. Introduction of Rowe gave him a solid basis to work off and made some important passes in the game. 3. Ehmer - Made an incredibly important block/clearance in the first half which prevented a guaranteed tap in. Looked back to his best yesterday and the defence benefitted as a result. Shoutouts to Rowe for his first game since early September and The Cat for doing what he does best. Nevitt also worked incredibly hard despite having scraps to work with. Also really liked the intensity of Euan Williams when he came on to put the MK players under significant pressure. Coleman also looks like he's finally getting better again.
