As gio says, the first 25 mins was good.

Doncaster were doing what away teams do, sit back and wait, unfortunately the mistake came and we paid for it, it happens.

However, whatever happened at HT the visitors had grown in confidence and realised we were there for the taking, that's the bit I can't forgive.

I've thought long and hard for my choices, but even now I'm having difficulty to find who I choose out of that mess.

    1. Agbinone, well done for at least trying, even if some shooting practise is required, at least he had a go and got stuck in with some solo runs. Only thing I would suggest is please put your head up, I know your colleagues can be a bit tortoise like at times, but there was at least one, possibly two ocassions you could have played someone in, but for the first game, I like you.

    2. Ehmer, if all else fails, tturn to passion, grab your colleagues shirt and make them defend, show them how to defend, demand they defend, well done mate,

    3. The Doncaster goalkeeper, I was impressed by him, he had lots of work to do in the opening 25 mins, I think the Donny may have found themselves a little gem. I don't often praise keepers to that extent, the last time I did that....Gazzaniga, still going strong at Girona I'm pleased to say.

Started well, set piece delivery was much better, Ehmer should have scored with his header for sure, difference was that we made one stupid error and they scored from it, (great finish it was too), they presented us with a great chance and our centre forward had the 1st touch of lamp post!

    1. Agbinone - A decent debut positive running, but as brb said he needs to get his head up
    2. MacKenzie - Our most consistent player wherever he plays
    3. The Ref, not perfect by any means but better than most of the jokers we have had this season.

From the moment we went behind our performance fell off a cliff, Little and Hutton had as a bad a game as I have seen a player have in quite a while, I saw the likes of Paul Hague have better matches than Hutton yesterday I wouldn't be bothered if I never saw him in a Gills shirt again.
