With fear of repeating myself, I think The Gills had an awful lot of luck at the beginning of the season, there was certainly some games we won that we should of lost. And yet today, we could have easily of gone two nil up and Bonner was right to mention in his post match interview the nigh on own goal that trickled towards the line - with Jayden Clarkes earlier strike that seemed to have set us on our way. However, Bradford had sent us an early salvo when they had the ball in the net just after the six minute mark, only to see it ruled out for offside and before the break they turned the game around to take a 2-1 lead, with seemingly Jake Turner being plastered with all the blame, to which I'm not convinced. I certainly saw one very critical comment about him, that I just shake my head and think and they call themselves supporters - even if he was to blame, he certainly is not as bad as the comment suggested. Yes fans get annoyed, yes fans rightly expect effort, but everything has to be measured and Turner was far from being the only villian. The trouble is with being a keeper when you do something wrong it's so different to any other position on the pitch, just ask Meslier at Leeds United. The funny part of all this is we are in sixth place and still in the play-offs despite losing four consecutive games.
Sadly I have said for several weeks, we are missing something. We seem to still have a similar set up as the past two gaffers, we just cant score. I did get home to watch them equalise and go ahead. The second half was a complete mess, no-one had a clue
