Returns to the starting lineup and we immediately see another clean sheet so worthy of the lead: 1. Ehmer 2. Masterson 3. Bonne
Awful game. Very lucky 3 points but a win is a win Masterson (A goal yeah) Williams ( looked most lively player when came on Ehmer ( Even with the holding )
I can't really add more to what the guys above have already said, dire game but the all important three points gained... 1. Masterson the goal 2. Williams what gioblues said 3. Either Bonne or Ehmer, if I select Bonne that makes it 2-2 which is the sort of game I was hoping for
What a rubbish game 1. Ehmer - had a good game compared to the others but - I probably still would prefer to watch him with the lights out ! 2. Masterson - what was he doing 'up front' ? -- couldn't have been listening to Clemence when tactics were discussed. 3. Turner -made one really important save. On a more positive note - there was one thing more slower than Gills when it comes to going forward - - the electronic scoreboard - took ages to register the goal.... I expect it was seized up on 0 Can we play with the lights out more often - so far a 100% success rate !
Very hard to pick a MOTM from that last night but a wins a win 1. Masterson 2. Ehmer 3. Coleman The goal just swayed me to put Masterson ahead of Ehmer, of the other 8 outfield players I think Coleman was the best of an average bunch but his commitment to the cause was admirable. Both Williams and Lapslie probably deserve a mention as we improved significantly when they came on.
I was not feeling great last evening and left at the floodlight failure so this is based on first 65 minutes. 1, Ehmer looked assured at the back and his distribution was not just lumping it. 2, Masterson Looked solid with Max and although I did not see it live an important goal. 3, Coleman good movement at times in a under par performance.
