Good performances from Rees, Hanlon and Fuller and Rees would have been first choice until he missed that sitter. So...

    1 Fuller
    2 Hanlon
    3 Rees

Clearly an improvement on recent league performances but frustrating nonetheless. Accrington came to frustrate and get a point and they did just that. Oldaker had the best chance when his free-kick was tipped onto the bar.

    1. Brandon Hanlan - Biggest threat all nigjt and caused lots of problems for Accrington. His pace, trickery and tenacity last night deservedly earned him the motm.
    2. Josh Rees - Worked really hard in the middle of the park to chase down Accrington and try and get the ball moving forwards. Showed signs why he was very sought after in the summer.
    3. Barry Fuller - Standard tenacious performance from Barry. Hurt his wrist in the second half but still put his body on the line time and time again.
