    1. Osedebe
    2. Wright
    3. Jackson - probably would have been No.1 for me - but I was frustrated at his reluctance to cross into the 'box' when opportunities presented themselves.

    1) Josh Wright - Brilliant decision to bring him back and get him tied down for longer
    2) Max Ehmer
    3) Stuart Nelson

Not bad start only unbeaten team in the league now. Least conceded and best goal difference. This is looking brilliant. Credit due to Doug Loft for stepping in at centre back. You can tell he struggled there but fair play to him for doing it. Although I hope we don't have to play him there again. Think Houghton would probably have been more suited to the position to be honest.

1 Jackson. Lost his man once in second half otherwise consistently excellent.
2 Loft. Captain's performance in alien position. Not pretty but so important for the team. Two through balls to Norris in second half were as good as we will see at Priestfield all season.
3 Hessenthaler. Not so much for his goal but the way he redirected the team when it was just losing focus.

The mystery was how Houghton had an outstanding first half only to disappear from the game in the first 15 mins of the second half.
