Have heard this rumour going around a bit today from a couple of different places.

Apparently Buckle and Stanley have fell out and it is likely that Stanley is on his way out. Hope not, but if its true, we will revert back to Campbell in the middle. Great player in his day, but legs have gone and its time he is removed from the playing side IMO.

Thoughts on this gasheads? Is Buckle likely to become a problem with the other players? I really hope we dont go through this again!!!

not heard this before but if they cant see eye to eye then would make sense for 1 of them to go so dont disrupt the squad. obviously the player would be the 1 to go. so if true, all the best stanley <ok>
i think campbell will want to play games of course but buckle may see him as a player to come on off the bench when we got the lead and 10 mins to go to come on and sit in front of back 4 to stop any attacks from the opposition. i rather see brown get a run of games or a decent attacking central midfielder on loan from the championship or young and hungry prem player looking for experience.

Problem is Stanley has been fantastic so far IMO. He just seems to mop everything up in front of him and does a better job than both Gill and Campbell. Would be gutted if it is true as I quite like him so far <ok>

to me he has done ok, but from what i have seen from him so far is that he 'could' be a liability. he has been booked 3 times already and when he is booked he plays and tackles like he has forgot about his yellow. i am waiting for a red card. we need 11 men on the pitch and stanley seems to be looking for a suspension. you could view it as showing commitment which is good but i cringe when he goes in for a tackle. thats what i have got from him so far. dont get me wrong though, he has played well so far.

just read this from buckle and last paragraph hopefully is true - "All the players I have signed are not only skilful, but they have the right attitude." key word in that for me is 'ALL' the players... so if that is true then ALL the players have the right attitude meaning stanley and buckle would be ok <ok>

I'm a bit uneasy about all of this. I don't like the way Buckle talks about Kuffour in public, and I wonder how much Swallow knew about his loan to Bath before it was reported.
I also thought that the way he spoke about the state of the pitch after the Hereford game was way out of order. A quiet word with the groundsman would have been the way to go about it.
Stanley was obviously not happy when Campbell replaced him v Hereford.
I know that within the club there are some depts (no names) that Buckle has not yet made contact with. I know his single aim has to be promotion, but.................

I think Buckle is right to slate Joe in public. Joe didn't try last year as his goal tally shows. He has only tried this year to put himself in the shop window for other clubs. Why didnt he put that effort in last year!!!!
The arrogance of the man that only wanted to go to a london club, who was waiting for Arsenal!!!
I for one hope he never puts a BRFC shirt on again.

    Strop over!!

i wasnt impressed with kuffour being subbed off on saturday. but now hearing buckles reasons, i agree with him. i love the honest from buckle. for far too long with have had no communication from the management or board. however this season we are getting info. my guess is that buckle only played kuffour to allow him to impress a potential scout watching him. he performed as if he was being watched as he played very well. i can see now why buckle took him off. he played well and would of impressed enough so took him off before he gets injured and then were stuck with him and this allows another playeron the pitch who actually wants to play for us. makes sense to me. however buckle has said to him if he trains hard and runs his socks off then he will play him. however kuffour refused to travel on tuesday to orient. this didnt effect the team as they played very well and thought back as well. buckle must have the dressing room on his side. if kuffour wants to leave then bye bye. however he wants a london club and turned down offers from league 1 clubs for that reason. i say put him with the u18s and fine him 2 weeks wages for refusing to travel. if he wont play and wont go then lets force him out that way.

Yeah hopefully not another Trollope situation where he falls out with players as soon as he's in a 10 mile radius of the player. OMG can you imagine if Buckle falls out with Zebroski he would be heartbroken :emoticon-0102-bigsm, it would be the end of the world as we know it.

It seems to be an issue with him. Apparently McIlroy & Stanley did not see eye to eye either at Morecambe. Some still believe that was one of the reasons he went out on loan to torquay.

He didnt come on against Crawley, apparently had a fight with a fan as well (verbal, not fisty fight), played a bit part against Wycombe, and is now apparently off for the weekend. Something must have happened here!
