Collymore predicts Swans will finish in Europe, and wait for it, and a top 6th finish!

TV and radio pundit Stan Collymore has boldly predicted the Swans will better their record-breaking 2014/15 campaign by finishing in 6th in the Premier League in 2015/16. He also predicts Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich will go down and Chelsea will retain their title.

Addressing his lofty prediction on the Swans, he says: "Yes, you read that right... a settled squad, a no-nonsense manager and striking options that could yet yield the kind of return to bridge the gap the Swans faced after Wilfried Bony quit for Manchester City.

"My first game this season is Chelsea v Swansea – and I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see the Swans throw a spanner in the works. "Gylfi Sigurdsson could be a revelation working off Andre Ayew. And with unsung hero Nathan Dyer still a force, I think the Swans could fly to their best Premier League return."

People are concerned by signings that other clubs have made but while some appear good others don't impress me so we could be in for another good season. Regarding the Chelsea game we've done them at Stamford Bridge before and could do again but realistically I would be happy with a draw.

Yes agree kiss of death coming from Collimore. So long as we dont get relegated I'll be happy. Cant say i enjoyed yesterdays match but must admit looking forward to my weekend in London this weekend. My son lives a couple of hundred yards from the ground so a free weekend in London as well. Roll on
