Kelvin, Bart Morgan and Holmes are the only pre-Pardew players that I can see, apart from the academy ones.
I did mean first-team. Shoulda specified that. And 'stale' was the only word I could think of to describe something thats been there a long time.
The longest serving professional player has got to be Bart Surely. It rather depends on how you view it. Or you Could argue Lallana as he has been at the club longer but as a professional less. Davis and spider Probably next along with young Mills.
Bart signed Jan 06, Davis signed July 06, Morgan & Holmes signed June 08 (Holmes at the start of the month, Morgan at the end), Forecast signed July 08. Lallana made his debut Aug 06, Mills made his debut Aug 08. No-one else, from what I can see, was a permenant first-team player for us pre-Marcus & Nicola (I say permenant, because obviously Chaplow and Cork were both on loan here previously).
Lallana has been here since 12 and Chamberlain since 7. If it's the date of their competitive debut, that would be Bart I'm pretty sure. Although there was a cup game where Redknapp played a lot of kids, was Lallana in that?
