Its our first Tuesday night league game of the season and we are off to Field Mill the home of the Stags who are managed by the much loved Steve Evans and it will be a another stiff test for the Chairboys who kept their first clean sheet of the season on Saturday. The Stags returned to winning ways with a 4-1 thrashing of the Mariners, the Stags have been splashing the cash during the summer and have former Chairboy Lee Angol and are amongst the favorites for promotion Gaz will be making a couple of changes to freshen things up but Josh U should keep his place while the Beast recovers from a knock. I'm away on my hols again but expect the lads to carry on where they left off on Saturday and keep another clean sheet while the forwards are always capable of knocking a few in
Mansfield were clear favs to win the league outright at the start but have now drifted to 2nd fav behind clear favs Luton. Manager not concerned about slow start so I'm guessing they are still looking to click having splashed out on new signings and loanees. Probably click on Tuesday. I don't recall Angol being anything special when he was at Wycombe
Anyone from here there tonight. Mansfield started better but Wycombe have been close to scoring a few times and seems like Eze is causing problems and Scarr playing well. Sounds promising but when we're on top and not scoring it's almost inevitable what comes next
Betting in Play: Bayo, Tyson and Kashkett are 5/1, 15/2 and 8/1 to score next. None of them are playing or on the bench
68: first sub for Wycombe. Paris Cowan-Hall comes on for Mackail-Smith. 0-0 Mansfield have used all 3 subs
74: Matt Bloomfield - who scored here last season - replaces Luke O'Nien. 83: Wycombe's final sub sees Dayle Southwell replace Josh Umerah. 0-0
89: Mansfield award the Man of the Match prize to their keeper, for keeping them in it in the first half 90: four minutes added on
It's a 10th game unbeaten on the road for Gareth Ainsworth's men; our second best sequence in the EFL. Terrific effort all round Initial reaction from the boys suggests they look disappointed not to have won. Away at the second favourites for the title.
