50,000 in attendance tonight and what a dreadful atmosphere. I hope the Welsh FA take a long look at why they played the match and reach a conclusion that it was a mistake.

It didn't start well with what was supposed to be a minutes silence for those that lost their lives in Majorca and Indonesia but the babble of people òn the concourse, who would not have known, could clearly be heard above the silence.

For largely the whole of the game people around me just spent the time talking. Granted the football played by Wales was hardly inspiring whereas the Spanish did play some great stuff. It ws akin to watching City being stuffed by Man City recently but I dont remember Cardiff fans spending the time chatting .

Then there was an appalling light show in the second half by people having nothing better to do but shine their mobile phones. Is this the Welsh equivalent of a Mexican wave?

Wales have become known for their together stronger and the red wall mantra, well tonight I feel that wall has been damaged.

I hope we never play there again. It is not a football stadium and just dilutes the uniqueness of the Welsh fan base.

It was the first time I had been to the Millennium for a long time and I pray never to go there again. Full of kids on their mobile phones talking bollocks and then queues at the railway station to get home. Stick to Legoland where the atmosphere is better and the food is wonderful - the best at any football ground I have been to. £4 for what amounted to a £1.20 steak slice in Greggs was all the Millennium could offer - piss poor.

Agree with all the above. Like the moon, no atmosphere. The place needs to be full to create any sort of vibe and the home section would have to be the "unfinished end" which is next to the away fans area and would not sit well with the police.

We saw that the place is dead with 50k in.

What the hell is Vokes on about? Must be a cloiset rugby fan. Get the views of the players that matter. Bale, Ramsey, Allen etc.

CCS was designed for football and with 30k+ inside is perfect. Say no to the Principality. :emoticon-0149-no:

Something else that was bad was the defending for the second goal. <doh>

Time for Williams to hang up his boots.

Defending was pretty poor for first 3 goals and not great for the 4th.

Where was Mepham last night? Great against Ireland.
