Did it for you. Good to see some effort being put into the return to blue and promoting it to the full. Like you say, now for something to get the supporter interest going on the player front who's going to have to wear it.
Could do with some decent rumours. Not the trash WoL keep putting out. Surely someone has spoken to their best mate's third cousin's, half sister's boyfriend who saw someone closely resembling a footballer checking into The Vale last Thursday?

I said a footballer Sparks not a manager. In saying that I feel the constant pi$$ taking and clown references to Slade to be quite offensive (and yes I've been hypocritical with my above comment). He is only doing his job and if, as it seems, the 2 main targets of VT were to make a big hole in the wage bill and keep us in the Championship, then he succeeded. I don't like the style (if you can call it that) of football he employed much of the time and unless he can bring in 3 or 4 players of better abilities then I don't anticipate much different next season. However, after the total balls up left by OGS and VT's aim of cutting costs then what more could Slade have done? Certainly keeping Young on was a mistake and I'm surprised something hasn't been done to address that, especially after Trollope came on board. We can make as much noise as we like but it seems certain that Slade will be in charge at the start of the season so why not try to support him and whatever team he plays and see how we get on? If we have a bad start with little sign of improvement then that is the time to start calling for heads to roll and quickly. If a change at Slade's level was coming it should have been done promptly at the season end.
