Now I know this is an old article from a few months ago but how many people feel that we will actually see some progress begin to happen come October? The South West corner still looks incomplete and progress seems to have come to an abrupt stop on that over recent months. I'd quite like there to be a new statement from the club informing us of definite plans for the East Stand. Many of you may say we should just focus on getting things right on the pitch first but it's getting quite embarrassing when away supporters visit and everything looks half finished!
WFC-Al , I think if you read that article again he states that he hopes to re-start work on the SW corner in October and then if it is finished he will move on to the East side of the ground.
Well, it's the SW Corner they want to be starting again by October, and the East Stand within '12 months', so if goes to plan, work will begin at the close of this season! I think the East stand is the thing that will win or lose the Watford fans.... so hoping for Bas's sake he can keep to his word!
i'd love the stadium to look decent rather than the current state, but we cant fill the current stadium...?
I would guess that this would happen once the SW corner has finished which could be the start of next season. I would love to see us walking out of the new corner. It will show real progress for the club and will show a real desire to move forward.
