It would be good if the owners found something to enable them to tell Sam to foxtrot oscar although I think that would result in more visits to the courts. In reality a lump sum pay off at a reduced figure is more liely to save everyone the hassle, cost and risk of going to court.

Once out of the way then the sale of the naming rights would come back into play. Some way off though in reality.
 
Any news from the forensic accountants ?

The Sam Hammam's Message Board opps should be the AAMB, say nothing was found.
 
well if SHMB say nothing was found then nothing was found...FACT!.
With those legal experts on the case, I can't see why TG/VT don't just hand over the £24m :)
