Anyone else having a problem with their ST seat renewal on the eTicketing site? I seem to be stuck in a loop about a members only area.

I gave up and just telephoned the ticket office, they dealt with it immediately and were really helpful.

Yep, there is / was a problem.
I had to phone from France (hols) but called the 0208 number and they dealt with it very efficiently and renewed for me from there rather than asking me to dial the 0844 number.
They had logged it as a fault and were dealing with.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago.

A call to the box office & all went through smoothly.

I clicked on it and got a vine of some bloke falling off his chair laughing saying "You cannot be serious"...

Or was that the Wimbledon box office?...<laugh>

I have tried several times and failed, on line. I keep asking for a new password, without joy. Was calling the box office as painful as normal or worth a try?

They answered immediately & sorted it out there & then. The phone call was no more than five minutes & I was renewed.

I had a problem and got a new password. I then had more problems in checkout but managed in the end.
I noticed the £3:50 handling charge. Those PC's must really work hard. <doh>

Got called up by the Box Office just now, presumably to ask why I hadn't renewed - unfortunately I was on a work call at the same time, so couldn't really discuss it, but thought it was a good move by the club, decent marketing. But it might indicate a high number of people not renewing.
