He's leaving because of a bust up with the manager, seems to have an attitude problem. He's only played a handful of games really, he's not been particularly bad in the main, a nightmare and game-costing display against Bristol City aside. I'm not sorry to lose him but mainly because I didn't rate him when we signed him and we don't need people upsetting the applecart in the dressing room.
He has a bit attitude. Hope you can guarantee him a starting place every match or he'll kick off. Performances wise, he's decent but prone to errors. A standard Championship defender.
He was error prone to put it mildly and he certainly wasn't worth the £1.5 Million we spunked on getting him here. Mind you he was the best of a bad bunch!

SSL is your average championship 1.5 million defender. He's more than capable of having a stormer against the best sides in the league (West Ham away) but he's also capable of mistakes that will cost (Bristol City home). I think he's good enough for a top half of this league, easily.
So then Andy now that you have Pearson back who IMO is a top manager (that's why he failed at the interview stage with us) What are your expectations for this season? Top 6 Finish or even higher I would suspect.
Very much depends on who we bring in in Jan, We'd be lucky to make the top 10 with the current squad.
