Aye, I know it's still a few days away but after the debacle of Scotland v Serbia/Macedonia I just want to get back to talking about domestic football.

Clearly Sammy is going to be a big loss having established himself as a useful member of the team after years of underachievement but his absense should hand an opportunity to new stikers Miku and Lassad. Will we see new CB Ambrose at the weekend?

Any news on any of our other players off on international duty? Hopefully they've managed to avoid injury.

Do you think Lassad is that type of player ... I thought he'd be a main attacker - not a wide player (as Sammy is now).

I could see Miku, based on the interweb, playing behind Hooper/Lassad (in the hole - snigger)

Yeah, think Lassad is more of a target man type.

i've just heard from a few people that lassad is a similar type of player to sammy so assumed he would be suited to playing there.

dont think miku will start the game

Levein would never have started that misleading "grooming" thread.

Venom, you need to be careful, you are skating on thin ice, however on this board you should be ok. Mr.. a very good team you have
selected. However I think that you would need to make a couple of switches and personnel changes before kick off.
If Mulgrew is fit he would have to play along side Ambrose to try and give them some experience. Ledley could well be fit and need
a runout beore Wednesday. Paddy to play somewhere in the midfield if fit instead of Forrest who needs resting. If Ledley and Paddy
are not fit enough the Polish twin and Tony Watt to start with Commons moving to wing.

As far as I knew, Ledley, Sammy, Matthews, Kayal, Paddy and Rogne are all out are they not?

Think Miku is in with a shout of starting. Twardzik in the middle again probably, although he struggled against hibs quite a bit. So did the lad Irvine that came on.

Got a funeral and wedding to go to on Saturday, so won't see **** all of the game. Therefore with my inability to be there/watch it preventing my usual jinx against the perth farmers, I predict 3-0 to the Celts. :D
