I heard CP say that having 2 games in 48 hrs means he can utilise and rotate his squad to keep it fresh.....totally disagree you play your percieved best 11 at the time but dont rest players for the sake of it. I have a bad feeling that BWP is gonna be on the bench today to give him a rest I really really hope not. Proffessional footballers want to play and playing sat and mon is not difficult for these fit athletes. I`m doing it this week and i`m NOT an athlete. Play yer best team end of.
Players can become jaded, which is maybe what has happened to Hollands and Green, maybe even Kermit. I'd keep the same defense, but the second goal against Orient was made and scored late on by two players with fresh legs.
True enough FHB and bring subs on to freshen it up but squad rotation for the sake of it...I blame chelsea for all this nonsense and now it happens in league 1

CP hasnt really changed his team much this year- and he certainly aint now ! I think he is talking more along the lines of bringing players off with 5 mins to go if we are winning 2-0 - or along those lines- i dont think there is going to be many changes just for the sake of rotation.
Agree Stu. Can't see him tinkering just for the hell of it with 5 games to go. I suppose cook and n'guessan constitute tinkering though?
I think it worked and a brave performance but stick by the fact that it was a stupid decision as I said Rhodes and evans never get left out. Am happy as a pig in....do do result of the season given the circumstances
