I'm really looking forward to seeing Murphy this season - he has always been fairly solid for us in the past but his pre-season so far has been extremely promising - 3 goals from 3 games so far I think, even when he hasn't played the full 90 mins! All the comments about players wanting to work with Mick has just shown how easy it is to get players through the door when you have someone respectable in charge! None of the signings are particularly exciting but they are sensible, hard working players in positions that we need. We just need to get these last couple of defenders signed and we should have a squad with a fair bit of depth to it
