We've still got a bit of work to do this summer IMO. It'll be a massive turnaround again I think.

Keeper - Forster will be away, Zaluska too and Cervi's pish. 3 new keepers needed.

Right Back - Hinkel's away, Wilson is steady and Cha is decent. Improve if we can.

Centre Half - 2 desperately needed.

Left Back - Need back up for Izzy

Midfield - We're well covered. Ideally a wee bit more quality in the wide areas.

Forwards - We still need a Target Man IMO, punt Murphy if we can and keep the other 3.

    We're better than them though.

Keeper - Agree. Would like to see us bring in a gk with a fair bit of experience. Someone who can command their area.

Right Back - Agree about Wilson but Cha is ****e. Hinkel will be away so we need to bring in another RB

Centre Backs - Wilson on his way. Keep Big Maj and Rogne. Mulgrew can fill in if needed. Get rid of Loovens and O'Dea.

    Left Back- Agree.

Midfield - We're well covered. I would pay Maloney to leave though. God knows what he's costing us in wages and medical fees.

Up Front - Murphy is an utter donkey. I wonder if he'd do a better job at centre back? I cannot believe we gave Samaras a new contract. Watch him revert to type. Oh wait, he did that last sunday.

We might be better than them but that doesn't mean we'll win the title.

I forgot about Wilson coming, still another centre half needed I think. Mulgrew's done a job but he's steadily getting worse. Rogne looks a real prospect but I'd still be worried going through a season with him. Mastorovic wasn't what it said on the tin.

I'd have Cha in the squad. Not the best technically but genuine pace, more of that the better IMO.

As for Sammi. I'm a bit of a fan. Definitely the most frustrating player I've seen in my time, but he's got something about him. Keep.

I have to disagree with you about Majstorovic. He's commanding and holds the defence together.

There's still a lot of dead wood at the club that needs to be moved on: O'Dea, Loovens, Hooiveld, Hutchinson, Thompson, Maloney etc.

The wages can be pooled and spent better in my opinion.

I thought Rogne was holding it together for us. Big Maj is a bit of a bombscare. Can't seem to head the ball in any meaningful direction, trys to play a bit too much, and is slow as ****.

Agree about pooling the wages. We could get 3 good players if we could get rid of most of the fringe players.

I think O'Dea will still be here next season though. Just a hunch.

O'Dea is desperate to be there. i really like the big man but he hasn't delivered as we would have hoped.

    Right back we are ok.
McGinn can fill in there if we are without Cha and Wilson. We also have Adam Matthews coming for free.

We have kinda forgotten about rasmussen up front. It is evidently not how lennon sees the game being played, but surely a better option than Murphy.

We need to get at least another year from Kayal and Izzy. keep them developing before cashing in.

We're all gettin a bit giddy about Forster, it'll take a bit of a fee but Newcastle view Harper and Krul both in front of him so we're not talking millions.

I disagree about Maj being a bomb scare, last week was evidence enough for me, Rogne and Mulgrew couldn't cope with the physical presence up front. Maj cant play the passing game but his presence and strength with either Charlie or Rogne's passing and cool head is good enough for even the old firm.

Maj, Rogne, Mulgrew and Wilson are good enough for CB IMO.

Mark Wilson has been superb this year and to replace him IMO would be criminal Cha is more than able back up as well as Hinkle.

Izzy has the welsh kid as back up (if Izzy's still here, fingers crossed)

    Wingers we are short of

Commons has been good so far on the left
Brown has been a bit of a revelation on the right, Mcginn and Paddy are able replacements although not ideal (paddy is unbelievable at times but too inconsistent.

CM we have more that enough as long as we keep Kayal for another year.

CF we need a good target man, Sammy is supposed to play that roll but is the most frustrating and inconsistent player ive seen in a long time. Hooper and Stokes are good enough goal scorers. Murphy is poop!

    Squad for next year

Westwood or Forster (westwood rumour has re-surfaced, Forster may stay depending on price)

    RB- Hinkle, Cha, Wilson
LB- Izzy, Mathews, (Mulrew if needed), Juarez, Ljundberg
CB- Maj, Rogne, Wilson, Mulgrew, Josh Thompson(unsure, Slow), (Glenda gone)
    LW- Commons, Maloney(gone), Paddy(inconstant)
    RW- Forrest, Brown
CM- Ledley, Kayal, Brown (if needed), Ki,
CF- Hooper, Stokes, Samaras(inconsistant but unplayable when called upon

I don't want Foster next season...

Not good enough - he went down to the two Rangers goals in stages. His decision making is pretty poor and his kicking is ****e!

I'd re-sign Hinkle or gie Jaurez a chance. Get LB cover, another CB , a creative/attacking midfielder and a Striker.
