My dear Spurs fans. I try to get to WHL as often as possible during the seasons...but purchasing the tickets or avoiding getting ripped off with packages sold on some internet sites means the tickets are not readily available to me at prices i regard as reasonable. i just wanted to create this article incase any of you lads fancy selling any of your tickets during the upcoming season..due to whatever reason you may have..work,family,financial etc. or you know of anywhere where i can get tickets from..as the orthodox root of contacting the ticket office etc does not always pay dividends. please let me know during the course of the season if anyone intrested. please could a mod sticky this so that it is kept within everyone's sight..as i really would like to get down more than i have been able to before..and even one match due to this notice would be a result
i am Spurcat...however i have to wait incase tickets are surplus before i get an offer and i really want to watch one of the big boys this season..to which i would have no chance.
Sorry if I am being thick, but as a member, don't you get some priority over the general public ?? I thought that was the whole idea of membership ??
Yes, a bronze member (like me) gets a window ahead of the general public to buy tickets. You can even download an outlook calendar which says when they are on sale.
Ah, brilliant didn't know about the calender, saves me trying to remember dates in my head. No idea why I never even bothered writing them down. Spurlock, make sure you get online around 8.30am on the day of big games going on sale to make sure you get logged in when they go on sale so you can choose your seat first to get the ones you want for a big game
well ok then cheers for that YV...i always find the tickets have gone for the cat 'A' matches when ive tried in the past..however i shall do that..thanks for the heads up. in the meantime if anyone does still want to sell a ticket or 3 let me know ill be intrested
Anybody know the process of getting tickets to away games? I'll be living near Aberystwyth, so that opens up the 2 midlands games, Stoke and Swansea. I haven't seen Spurs live in a good few years (2007 St Pat's Away), and considering I'll be a student I think breaking that duck will be worth spending the next 30 years of my life in debt for.
Just send me your sort code, account number and security code and I will access your monies to get you the ticket. please log in to view this image
Morning Spurlock, I see you've already had a few answers on how best to get tickets but an option that doesn't seem to have been mentioned is the ticket exchange service on the Spurs website. As a student I find the membership prices fairly excessive for getting fairly little in return so haven't signed up to them. Instead what I do is look on the website ahead of games that I wish to go to and instead of trying to purchase the tickets through the clubs seating system, I click on the ticket exchange button. On here fans who cannot make the games put up their tickets for sale, with Category B and C games usually having over 100 tickets available. Because it seems few fans are aware of this system the tickets don't seem to go particularly quickly and there is often a good selection of tickets in different sections of the crowd going at the standard ticketing rate. For a non-member I couldn't access the ticket exchange website for the games against United, Chelsea and Arsenal as they are seen as the perk for member holders using the service, but even as a non-member I was able to acquire tickets for the home games against Man City and Liverpool. All in all, this non-member attended 9 home games last season, so I don't see any reason why you should find it any trouble getting tickets to many of the games you wish to go to. Hope this helps
hahaha,I got ya YV! what's your name? my name is George. what's your surname, George? you wouldn't be able to prounounce it. ok can you say it? Agdgdgwngo.
Is that a joke? Coz its quite funny. Spurs advertising cat A games on the tube? Hahahaha. We're not chelsea or west ham. I've never seen Spurs games advertised on the tube fullstop and i'm on the tube every day.
A couple of Europa league games were - when it was obvious we were sending out a Spurs XI. Chelsea's CL game with Genk was also advertised on the Tube at the time...but we're supposed to forget about that, obviously.
afternoon Gio cheers for that information and ill be doing exactly that..very informative of all the lads who are posting on this..as most know..im a dunce with technology so have struggled with getting myself bargains off the net. cheers again people.
