I thought he couldn't play for Spurs cos of work permit problems? I thought that's why he went to Turkey...
He went there / to us and other sides as he needs to have a certain amount of games for permit. My understanding, is if he isn't loaned out he won't be able to play anywhere.....
He's meant to be moving to spain (seville??) For all of his talents I think his build, or lack of it, will always hinder his progress in the EPL. You need to be an outstanding player to play in the english leagues if you dont have the bulk/ strength to physically compete. I feel he will be more suited to a move technical league such as Spain or Italy long term
