Are you intimating there's a slight outside chance we may be in danger of relegation?

He's got a point though. Spurs need a point now. If we lose on Wednesday your fixture just got really meaty.

You won't lose on Wednesday. It will be all over before we play Spurs, which from our point of view is a pity as their young squad seems to be handling the pressure of closing out this campaign very badly. The odds would be in their favour to make it third time lucky at trying to clinch second place, but from what I have seen in the last week or so, I'd prefer them to need something than not. All irrelevant though. The last game will be nothing more than a chance for us to say goodbye to Rafa.

What's this about so called luck, is that to do with what that bell end Allardyce said, didn't he say Palace would just let us win, yet they could easily have won the game. Or is it referring to our luck against Man City when Aguero scored from 3 yards offside?

Maybe its the luck, everytime we've been fouled in the box this year and not been given a Penalty. Or the Colo red against the mackems away? or the hand ball in the build up to Norwich's 3rd goal.

I remember tons of games where luck has not been on our side. Wlhen I say luck, what I really mean is key decision's which should have easily be seen by the official's and still gone against us. I remember very few flukey goals, maybe only one or two pens, no diving or cheating. Luck doesnt even out

Lucky for us we didnt sign the ****!! You are staying up courtesy of the lack of speed of the British Justice system and the fact that your CE decided it would be ok to continue playing a self confessed kiddy fiddler. I would rather go down than admit to being in that gang... See you in 15 months sucker...<cheers>..... or perhaps not, as we pass each other, as ships in the night.!!!

Wednesday isn't a given. Us losing to Chelsea and you winning at Villa were a 'given' and neither actually happened. I can easily see a draw on Tueday night. We don't score many at home as rule.

What have you got to say bye to Rafa for. He's done nowt but pick up a very handsome pay packet.

He was given the task of polishing a turd with only ten games to go. In that short time he has improved us defensively (our biggest weakness), instilled more discipline into the team, got some of the players to actually start playing and improved our results - all with no option to make signings or shape the team how he wanted. He has already released some of the deadwood and extended contracts of younger more promising players. If either of our teams had shown their current form all season we wouldn't even be in the bottom half, never mind a relegation scrap.

I think here speaks a man who follows little to do with our club (quite understandably). He has done a cracking job, he just wasn't given enough time and inherited a poorly balanced squad. He's a great fit for the club. The fans like him, he understands the type of club we are - quite simply the best fit since Robson. Given time I have a feeling he'd have done a terrific job here.

He gets well paid because of his track record. Best manager we've had in ages, and probably sits among the very best in the division. Someone in England will pick up a cracking boss next season.

I have been watching your games when we haven't fixture clashed. So he's got performances up, here and there. Big whoop! You've got a very very capable squad I should think so. Not the results though, all that matters ultimately. Nor any consistency either. Pearson would have had you safe by now and you could have been preparing a contract for Rafa and be in a position which suits actually suits him. As I said when you signed him, anyone thinking Rafa is a man to save you from relegation are romanticists, not realists.

Ones enough for any club. Don't want Cisse getting jealous

You still play yours don't you? The man who raped a 13 year old with full sex, impregnating her and abandoning her. The double standards of mags always shine clear and strong. Cisse is a nonce how forged paperwork to get away with it. If it wasn't for time lapse laws he'd be in prison too.

Here's where you lot deny any wrong doing from the dirty little kiddy fiddler. And before anybody starts. It's LiamO who brought it down to this level.

The results have also been better than before he arrived. We are unbeaten in 5 games - we certainly haven't looked like doing that all season. We have some very capable players but a poorly balanced squad. Goals win games and our forward options are very very poor. Consistency is exactly what he has given us. Obviously it took time to sort out, he only had 10 games <laugh> By game 5 we won a game and have picked up 9 having joined when confidence was at an all time low and we were rivalling Villa for ****ness.

Results are not all that matters. That is just opinion not fact. It is to some fans but personally I want to enjoy my Saturday afternoon regardless what league we are in. That means trying to play football properly and giving 100%. After that I can live with bad results. Pearson would not have had us safe by now in my opinion. Rafa has done the best job possible. If we get to 37 points, then that is more than most thought possible. Its complete romanticism to think someone comes in with 10 games and turns round the situ we were in. If Rafa had had 5 more games, I have no doubt we'd already be safe. If we'd got him in December when we should have, then we wouldn't have been sitting wondering how we were going to score. We just did the usual and acted too late. Sunderland acted early and had a manager who was willing to fall on his sword for the greater good. We did not.

    That is reality.

Now now Pouchy. You know Bri doesn't worry about little things like facts. He gives his opinion and then calls them facts. Don't make unreasonable expectations of the poor bloke <laugh>
