High line defence against in form hoofers? Zero confidence atm, I fear the siren of 'mid table mediocrity' is beckoning to us once again.

Defoe and Dembele for us, Carroll for them.

Dempsey (yes, really!), Bale, Dembele

Hope winning out over expectation once again. Worried about our porous defence coping with Carroll, the possible continuing absence of Dembele and our horrendous goal scoring record this term. But apart from all that, I reckon we'll be fine.... <yikes>
