Well, that was a real downer! To be honest, I sometimes feel that José’s strange comments are a result of his surprisingly erratic mastery of English. Maybe that’s what happens when he talks to the team as well. That’s why things don’t go according to plan. (Plan? Plan? You mean we’re supposed to have a PLAN??!!!) I hope the players picked (predict them - there’s a challenge!) for the Chelski game will have re-focussed, and are not feeling “sad” any more, despite having even more reason to feel that way after a truly sad display against Brighton.
