This forum used to get banned from my work SoS but they allow it now strangely. Try not to go on it too much as Internet does get monitored especially if they are looking for a reason to get rid of you!!
I only use my phone boss which is why my posts are sporadic. It's a bit fiddly and posting takes a while, plus spellcheck can spit out some funny words! I know what you mean about getting into a debate, you feel rude walking away and not answering another poster!
I wish i was a gentleman like you but I just need to have the final say the phone i use keeps adding full stops, after a word, so.my.posts.look.like.this. until i edit them before i look like a right plank (or maybe its too late )
Well lads I'm off to Valhalla for Christmas and then stopping off in Asgard for New Year and will be back on Midgard on the 7th of January. I'm not taking my computer so I'd like to wish you all a happy Xmas and new year. Thank you all of you for providing a lot of laughs over the year and for imparting your football knowledge. My boss is so thick on computers he wouldn't have a clue how to monitor the internet. He's even asked me once why old emails were at the top of his outlook, not realising he accidently just clicked the filter to choose from whether the newest or oldest mail goes at the top... Yeah... That's the level I'm working with. Could be why he pays me well actually, probably thinks I'm some computer genius who could get a job at Microsoft.
Whenever this sort of thread comes around it is always the same. Not a mention and I think you're all a bunch of ****s And then a mention and all is well with the world, even if I get mixed up with PS
Bet you looked those places up. I thought he was naming places from Lord Of The Rings. Is he in charge of the Spurs website by any chance? Looking through this thread I keep thinking "damn, should've mentioned him". What a great lot we all are Those that mentioned Spurf and PNP as the mods, my retribution will be swift and out of all proportion

Tbh I think the key thing on any internet forum such as this is a group of regular posters who have differing opinions, which is what makes this board such a great place to discuss football. All the Spurs fans (and, it has to be said, the vast majority of posters affiliated to any club) on here seem to really know their football, both in terms of talking tactics/team selection and history, something that for me as probably one of the youngest posters on here (from what I remember from the age thread that went round a month or so ago) is a really good thing. I think its great that we have opposition fans coming on here and GENERALLY offering good debate and humour, we don't seem to get a huge amount of wumming on here regularly which is great. I don't want to single anyone in particular out but having a true insider like OS on the board is great as well because we get a real rare insight into some of what's really going on at Spurs. Kudos as well to 6061 for his amazing match threads, as many have already said he's famous on the whole board for them and rightly so. Key of course to all this is our mod team who are IMO the best on the site. All the other boards seem to have one controversial mod who goes off wumming and abusing the mod status a bit but to my knowledge ours keep their noses clean and rightly so. I thought when Old606 ended that I would stop doing this sort of thing but this is really a better environment, not least because the modding is far superior. Serious kudos to PNP, YV and Spurf for all the work they put in Basically to sum up, you all make this forum what it is - bloody great. I don't always agree with what is said but thats exactly the point of this sort of place. I don't contribute as much as I'd like to but I read nearly every post and the content is by and large well thought out and well expressed. Hopefully this place goes from strength to strength in time ahead because it's a great forum to discuss Spurs and all things football-related. Merry Jesus Birthday you lot

RCL/SuperAl just for purely taking the amount of **** they do re: stuff written about Spurs on our board and PNP/HBIC for being...... endearing towards United
You know what? I really don't know who to choose. I saw this thread earlier today, and I didn't post immediately, because I wanted to give this some serious thought, but I honestly cannot say I would pick any one of you over any other. I know that may sound lame, and something like a cop-out, but it is the god's honest truth. This board is what it is because of the great mix of posters we have. I love all of you, even the ones who quite clearly do not love me, because without you sour, humour-bye-passed ****ers, this board would be only half the board it is. Plus, I know that some of us more outrageous blokes (me, particularly) need to be brought down to earth occasionally. I also love the non-Spurs lads who regularly post on our board, even if it is to lamely wum us. It is quite clear to me that they love us and the banter that we engage in. Thank you to all the Mousers who post on my "Mouser Watch" thread, because without you that thread wouldn't be even half the thread it is. I'd also like to, publicly, say a massive "thank you" to our wonderful mods, who do an absolutely fantastic job with the regulation of this board. You guys have, on the odd occasion, had cause to rail me in, but you have always done it with humility, compassion, understanding, and an immense degree of fair-handedness. No one is King of this world, the same sky sits above all our heads, and we all deserve to share in the respect that we strive to show to others. I make time to come on this board and make my (mostly) inane postings because of the company I keep. Without you lot (non-Spurs fans absolutely included) there would be no point in doing so.
