Spurs interested in Remy

Would you be interested in having the Marseilles striker here, if the deal was to come to fruition?

 

Not seen too much of him but I know he leads the line for Marseille. He didn't do much against Arsenal but he comes with a good reputation so I guess I'd pleased in the sense that we'd have proper backup for Adebayor and someone who could challenge for his place.

 

Fast, strong and with a decent goalscoring record. I'd take him at Spurs if Damiao isn't available.

 

We were linked with him before he signed for Marseille.
They finished 2nd in their Champions League group and face Inter in the next round, so it's unlikely that they'd sell in January, isn't it?

 

Apparently he has a clause in his contract PNP.

He cost Marseille €15m though, so I dread to think what his release clause might be.
You'd expect it to be at least double that fee, wouldn't you?

 

Yes bi there might be a chance if we offer pav and money as then they have backup and can afford a new striker.

 

I'd definitely take him. Better than Pav and he can play on the wings so the versatility factor is always nice. But I doubt Marseille would sell, unless a crazy off was made.
