Scott was in Pizza Vesuvio friday night and the gaffer was there. Gave the birthday girl a big kiss. No1 guy.
Seen Vorm at the Ice House on the Marina. Rangel is always about SA1 with his partner and kid. Said hi to him in Sainsbury's the other day. The late great Pintado - same. Used to chat with Kuqi at Fresco's by the Waterfront Museum. Such a nice bloke. Good to see him doing well elsewhere. The longest time I've spent with a Swans player was Matthew Bound. Had a whole evening with him and his wife at the Swansea Beer Festival in the Patti Pavilion many moons ago. No, he wasn't playing the following day. Again, a top bloke.
on the opening night of Oceana a few years back and enjoying my beer and wondering why people were staring - when i looked around me, I was in the middle of the whole squad... I thought leave them alone to enjoy their night - however i then got hounded lol by people asking me to take pictures of them with the team :S blah... Other than that I can't say I've seen them about....
After the last game v Doncaster and missing out on the play-offs, as I was staying withe the family for the weekend went to TGI Friday's. In there was Butler, Leon, Beattie, Monk & Gower. They were gutted for not getting into the play off's but true gents all signed the kids shirts posed for photo's etc. Had a chat with Leon, you could see he wasn't happy with Sousa. I will say there a good set of lads we have at the club, always happy to pose for photo's and autographs top set of lads!!
