Why is it always the RS who bring the game into disrepute?

If it is not biting someone, racially abusing another, or battering the GF or wife, it is spitting. How low can anyone sink?

He is the lowest of the low and despite all the insincere “sorry” s he’s who he is. He was thinking about his job and his massive pay packet.
