'cause Virgin couldn't give a ****. Its like when ASDA put on beer promotions that actually make them lose money.
1) They know that people will rarely just pop in for drink (and end up spending a good bit of money on other things)
2) They know that people will then automatically think of ASDA any time they're going for a large quantity of alcohol (even if the ridiculous deal is no long available).

We're all creatures of habit, once we're signed up to Virgin, most people are too lazy or too comfortable to shop around for a better deal!

 

How long does this deal go on for? We've had Virgin the past 2 years at Uni but this year it's been gash (got the cheapest option avaible).

We're thinking of switching to Sky, but it'll cost a lot more. Won't need it 'till September - will it still be available then?

 

Cant get it in my area so on BT Vision, hope you have included line rental in that price, dont want to be mis leading.

 

Had a very bad experience with Virgin, wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

 

I've heard good and bad about Virgin. I'm calling to cancel my Sky in July with the hope that they knock it down to half price for six months in a desperate bid to keep my custom.

 

I mentioned to BT that I was going elsewhere and they gave me BT Vision, ESPN and a 20MB line for just £13 a month on top of my usual line rental.

I got it on an 18 month contract but seeing how frequently I move it should be OK.

 

Problem is with you guys - you don't cover evrywhere! ?I would love to come over to you cos i ****ing hate rupert murdoch with a vengeance. But i live in Stanley and we don't have cable up here! Get your bloody fingers out and get us connected so i can dump bloody murdoch!!!
