All you four eyes out there. I was precribed glasses last year for the first time for near vision. What a ****in pullaver it is keeping them clean though. I have even noticed that I now have a scratch on the left lens. What does it cost to get replacement lenses? Thanking you in advance.
I get new lenses for 25% of the original cost. But I got insurance for mine because I'm always losing them or breaking them or having them broken when someone tans my face.
You can pay an extra £100 or something to get a coating on them that prevents them scratching. I only wear mine a couple of days a week max but I'd still get them in a right state without that.
Why not get laser eye surgery, that way you wont have to have glasses and as an added bonus will have amazing laser eyes ?
Pretty expensive though RL. Besides glasses make me look even more intelligent and thoughtful looking. If the laser surgery went wrong I might end up like Ray Milland. Hmmmmmm, would have some wonderful benefits right enough.
I can't get the simple laser surgery. I need to get the one where your eyes are bandaged for 10 days afterwards. **** that.
Ye've got rugby baw shaped eyeballs then. Am no interested in laser eye surgery. Firstly am too feart. I hate anything going near my eyes. Secondly, I quite like being a speccy basturt. Really handy for disguises an that.
Nah, I'm the sort of **** that would end up with complications and have to get a glass eye in a socket which continually weeps a light yellow pus.
Thin corneas is what they told me when I went for a consultation. Apparently you can go to Thailand or Croatia and get it done dirt cheap in a private clinic but **** that anaw.
**** that A mate of mine couldny have it done because of the shape of his eyes. Some folks have eyeballs that are shaped more like rugby balls than footballs apparently. Which is a problem for the lazer sight giver thingy.
I can get laser surgery but only the old style where they cut the cornea then lift it and laser then. My pal got laser eye surgery and his teeth whitened in Bangkok then ****ed off home before his follow-up appointment
