If they use the same builders as I've just been using they'll finish about 2020.

    Great news....for Duchatelet's wallet.

Category A status means that you attract better young players. Better young players = a better bank balance for Douche.

Very hard to muster any enthusiasm for young player development under this scurvy my, given what happened with Poyet and Gomez.

They have got a completion date of July 2017. But as you say FHB builders have been known to overrun.

To be fair Nick, we have always sold our best players, ever since I started going to the valley in 1962. I wish it wasn't so but it is. The Poyet situation was different, he was out of contract and decided to leave. He should have been tied down to a longer contract a lot earlier by the last administration.

As a regular watcher of the U18s and U21s I am excited by the redevelopment.

Yes and no Nick, I was talking to a very well informed source at Sparrows a few weeks ago and he was saying that a few years ago Palarse were getting the best SE London youngsters because they had a reputation of playing kids at an early age and letting them leave at an early age if the right offer came in ...... it was not a facilities thing <ok>

I just find it very hard to get enthused about anything Duchatelet does, as we all know what his ulterior motive is.

Even under S&J I would have made the trip to Blackburn tomorrow. I am currently in two minds whether to undertake the 500m round trip to watch Igor strolling around the pitch.

It’s reassuring that pompous arselicker Hayes is already on first name terms with members of the new regime, or “Lee and Paul” as he knows them. And that he is acting in a typically sycophantic way in explaining ESI’s plans to the proletariat.
