Good afternoon! Do you have a season card or match ticket that sometimes goes unused due to other commitments, and you'd like to give others the opportunity to attend home fixtures at the Stadium of Light for free? I'm trying to put supporters in touch with those in need, and to help other fans in general to share and search for available match tickets for home games this season. Users that want to help can join Sunderland Tickets In Demand (@SAFCTix) / X (twitter.com) and use the hashtag "STID" to tag advertisements, or search requests. During a time where our communities are experiencing financial hardship, some supporters have already been kind enough to offer their tickets free of charge this Christmas. I believe that having a hub where supporters can do this more regularly could be beneficial to families and individuals that otherwise struggle to attend games. With enough demand, the platform will hopefully provide a strong network for fellow Sunderland fans to contact each other regarding free available match tickets, and be updated regularly. Good idea. If I couldn't go I used to just give my season card to someone sat within a few seats of me and arrange to collect it back from them before the next game I could attend. Now with the digital tickets it would be good to have something like this in place and if I ever can't attend for whatever reason would be more than happy to gift my seat to someone for nothing.
