Fair dos to Spain, they showed they really can play a game I thought was beyond them. Why do they play like that in the final, and like a bucket of pigs vomit in the lead up games???? Surely they've got better things to do than wind me up !!!!!! Anyway, good luck to them , they were superb.

They were boring up until the final, doesn't make the people who stated it less wrong about that. They've got the players to turn it on when they want to.
They were unrecognisable from the negative, tippy tippy go nowhere team of the early games BM2. Attacked all night, opened the Italians up through the middle, down the wings, anywhere they wanted.Fantastic backing up. Closest thing to the Total Football of previous Dutch master teams. always someone dropping back to fill in for someone going forward, always someone running into space in anticipation.A truly brilliant all round performance. Sadly, they make England look like they should take the names off their shirts and replace them with L plates. Same goes for all the European teams. Some country will have to step up to beat them at the next world cup.
