What an absolute peach of a strike. Got to be goal of the season, the player hit it with the outside of his boot and the ball curled around a player and into the bottom corner.

Got to be goal of the season, if you like good goals then you'll love this one.

He's quite a way out from goal, when you see it from a couple of different angles and see the movement on the ball - simply outstanding.

Great goal and rounded off a nice Boxing Day. Funnily enough Wenger is complaining about the referee making bad decisions for 3 of the goals.

Down here my family are full on Southampton supporters. I watched the game with the ones who did not have tickets. Everyone of asked the same question, "Who on earth is he?".

    Great set of results.

The look on the Arsenal defender's face after he thought it must be off target then he saw that it went in.

Unbelieveable bend on that strike, think it was Koscielny who had the look of disbelief as it went in!

Decent goal, definitely one of the best this season so far. Think Smith's for Bournemouth was better.

Interestingly, by scoring that goal Martina became the first Curaçaoan to score in the Premier League.

What you on about? Plenty of white players have scored in the PL before him.

Saw it on MOTD last night and thought wow when first seeing it , just because of the way he seemed to casually stroke the ball into the goal . It's only when you see the front and back camera views that you realise how much the ball moved and curled around the defender .

Every time I watch that Vine vid that Quill posted it gets better and better. Certainly the swing on the ball and it was a very deliberate outside strike of the right boot against the spin of the ball as it arrives at his right boot. It has to be goal of the season, let's not forget it was also scored against one of the best keepers in the PL.

A fantastic strike, absolutely no question, but goal of the season? Not for me. Not unless the premier league has showed an awful standard compared to usual thus far, and continues to do so.

Admittedly, ive watched next to **** all premier league football this season. Not even a single episode of MOTD.
