Mark Hughes will have a headache to pick the right starting eleven, plenty of good performances in the Everton game. Who is going to "manage" the Hazard?

I bet Hughes goes back to the same old team and isn't swayed by anything he saw against Everton.

 

Yep, I'm sure the Hoedt-Vestegaard partnership will continue to blossom as it has done so far.

 

No, he will make changes. He said as much before this match.

 

He should give other players a look in (like some random Japanese guy...just as an example). He has little to lose as no one expects anything, so a nice point would be lovely.

 

I can't believe how bad our cb's are. Its that desperate we all want Yoshi to play against Chelsea. Poor old McCarthy could be in for a **** time on Sunday. Maybe we should play Forster in goal to save dashing his confidence.

Despite lasts nights win I still can’t us getting much from this . Hazard running at our back 4 is scary and if they get set pieces Giroud will have a field day in the air.

 

The one thing that is consistent with the support at the moment, is that we all moan whether we win, lose, draw or don't play at all.

From the matches l have seen, l am not convinced by Vesty and Hoedt. Am surprised how many headers Vesty does not win given his height. Hoedt is a liability. Both lack pace and make unnecessary lunging challenges.

Bednarek and Maya would be my starters, really do like the look of Bednarek, certainly has better pace and Maya has some much commitment. Okay Maya has that once per game error in his genes, but he organises well and provides leadership.

 

1 error a game seems like a result to me. Maya should only be replaced by someone far better than him....because he really cares....and not convinced that Vestergaard and Hoedt are as good as him.

 

Three at the back please Mark. Even if one of them is Hoedt.
