Playing another team who will likely win, with a **** refereeing and more ****s in the VAR office thingy.

I’ll out as much effort into the thread as BDD and the other waste of spaces do playing.

It might be the first time Juric gets some time with the players and they should be better rested. Hope to see more of the West Ham performance rather than the Crystal Palace one.

 

Yeah, as I said in the other thread, in some ways this is Juric's first game proper for Saints - he'll have had a week on the training ground with them to drill the ideas in properly (I know a week isn't long, but he's really had bugger all time so far).

 

Well I took this on the basis that it was going to be a one time gig.

I did suggest very early in the season that all match threads this season should have been based on looser stays on. No one took me up on the offer.

 

Maybe it’s the gods trying to ensure your wish.

Given the complete lack of quality wingers I want to see SAA given a go, realise he’s out of position.

Not sure I like 3-4-3 lineups tbh

 

Fernandes is suspended

 

I`m past caring who plays, so long as its not Sulemana - he`s supposed to be the quickest player in the universe, yet when he gets the ball, he just shuffles up to the fullback, stops, then passes the ball back. I could mark him out of the game, and I was useless 50 years ago.

Making the assumption that Downes will recover from his dead leg and as has been said Fernandes is suspended (even though it was never a yellow or even a foul at all).

 

Im annoyed the club left it so long. Plenty of international breaks that would have given him a chance to start strong and implement his ideas.

But the club acted at the worst possible time. The sheer incompetence of SR is astounding
