    Nicely written blog, Jake.

I took a few of the key names, for example, Guillem Balagué and looked up his further comments and those of the various detractors, such as Jamie Redknapp, Paul Merson and our own Matt Le Tissier. The last three were very quick to condemn, but I have yet to see retractions or acceptances since that maybe Cortese, as Balagué cited, has made a very clever decision indeed.

Nice article. Covered the years well. It also covered the fans feelings. Even today it is hard to believe we have gone through all that in the short time it has been. Onwards and upwards though now.

Very good article. You learn from history and to remember where we were just 2 years ago puts it all into perspective. Sometimes the impatient amongst us seem to think the last 7 years were just a bad dream and didn't happen.

We have come out stronger from this and even though one of the key players in that renaissance has gone, we should respect what he did, draw a blue line and move on. Take one game at a time and ensure everyone is on the bus. As long as we play good football with a smile on our face and work hard we should be ok. Remember hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. If we are under pressure - well pressure makes diamonds.

....sorry I can't shake these Adkinisms!

Mostly notable for his sartorial elegance at the moment, and actions speak louder than words, whatever the language!
