I could beleive it, he always has hated the press!! right or wrong i kinda see where he is coming from, sometimes too much negative press can undo alot of hard work and confidence building in a team this makes the managers job alot harder. He did very well for us but got alot of unfair stick for saving the team from relegation,which was what his job description was when he came to the swans . Who knows what would have happened if he had more support from the chairman when he wanted to spend money on a top class striker in the january window.I am happy we ended up with Brenden though
Yes, another striker to help with the defence! Sousa delivered a great league position for us but the football was a bore-fest extraordinaire and poor Pintando was the biggest victim. The Board were rightly concerned with the way we were playing under Sousa and that hastened his departure imo. I'd be very surprised if the journo was injured - all that bouffant hair would have cushioned the blow.
