Yep sounds familiar, people whining that they only had a year since this time last year to save for a season ticket and were caught out when the club announced them as though it was unexpected, then complain that because they waited until after promotion was sealed there's loads of other people got in the queue ahead of them.

Well said. The only people I feel sorry for are those who have just finished Uni and are coming back to Swansea, having followed them through all the **** in League Two, into League One, only to miss all 3 Championship years and be unable to buy a season ticket for next year. Gutted. :(

Even then it's about priorities, if I can manage on student finances to own (well pay the mortgage) and run my flat on my own, pay for the travel every couple of weeks to come to Hull, and still have money in place to buy my season ticket in February then a student at uni who's likely to be sharing should have no problems saving up knowing they're moving home. If they've not been sharing then there's a simple way to save themselves half or more of the rent. There's someone on that thread saying they could buy it at any time before the final if they'd chosen to so I am assuming that was possible and they were just off sale for a period like ours have been.
