    So, on the final day of the Premier League a team that wears blue hoops is champions and the second placed team has just achieved back to back promotions. Sound familiar?

    This means a Welsh team has to win the play-offs.

    Entirely possible but Cardiff are going to have to perform like never before to do it. That is a seriously tough bunch of play off contenders.
