No not a bitter insult aimed at Lambert, but anyone thought about Darren Ferguson? Would keep up the tradition of stealing stuff of Posh and having a scottish manager.
It's food for though certainly but as well as he has done with Peterborough, he was hopeless at Preston which I am not very comfortable about. While the way he wants the game to be played is open and attacking (which I like) it could be suicidal in the PL as Blackpool found out to their cost.
