We could also put politicians, overpaid BBC employees, Hollywood movie stars, city bankers, In bred Tory toffs, all members of the Royal family (right down the greasy ****ty pole), Members of the House of Lords, Utility company bosses and a host of other worthless ****ers who could donate to our brave men and women serving in the armed forces. None of the greedy bastards ever will voluntarily mind but we could always embarrass them into submission.
Everytime a see a flag draped coffin being taken of the back of a transport plane, I feel like crying, I really get a lump in my throat, I think of the kids the are carrying off, the parents of the kids, their own children, their brothers & sisters. Then I think about the scum we've got locked up in prison & the scum who walk our streets, I think of the politicians who cut their jobs then cancel their leave to cover the Olympic security because some arse has dropped an almighty bollock & I wonder why the hell do they bother, I also think, thank God this country has men & women like you, you deserve better than what you get.
Top & bottom of it is, the armed forces are used as pawns in a game by the polticians. I don't think you will find many who want to pull out of Afghanistan until the job is done. Just my two pennorth.
