Something else to show why Walters is a class above a lot of footballers...

Crouch, Walters and Whelan were asked for their best and worst Christmas presents and here's what Jonny put as his best:

Best: The best present for me is just to have a healthy family and have them all around me at Christmas. Obviously I am a bit older now with a family, so their health is the biggest present for me

Jonny is such a great bloke. Genuine, hard working and realises how lucky he is to have the things he has.

I've just read a fact which is truly amazing.. JON Walters is the ONLY player to play EVERY 90 minutes of EVERY Premier League game this season.
That applies to every club, not just Stoke City!

WELL done Super Jon <applause> he's obviously doing something right.

Jonny Walters plays like a player that does his best every single game he plays and no matter how much of a lost cause the ball looks he will still chase after it. Unlike Jones that if the balls does not hit his feet he is not interested. If we had two or even 3 more Jonny Walters we would be a quality side but sadly we are still carrying Pulis favourites that need to go and soon!

Nah, that's not true. Unless it's outfield only, but even still...

    Merry Xmas fellas ,
Whilst i agree Johnny Walters as done fantastically well ..
The fact is... He used to start treading water after approx 80 mins due to his work rate .... Brilliant !
But with TP still not giving him a breather with the likes of Jerome and Fuller on the bench to put oppo defences at risk ..
We now have him blowin outa his **** after approx 60 mins .. contributing very little after .. The guy needs a rest he is getting run into the ground and there is simply no need for it !
Any you fellas not noticed this as well recently ??

I think? that is correct Outfield player.. of course Keepers tend to keep their place.. less competion no injury etc.
Still it's a brilliant stat and he deserves it.. True enough, I would give the guy a rest and WHY Pulis does not is baffling me.
Especially when we have Fuller fit which, he wasn't last night.
