    Eyes down look in, let's hope that #28 will be a lucky number for us. Get a good result and get some confidence put back in the guys.

    Sunday afternoon sees the draw for this season's FA Cup Third Round, when 32 ties scheduled to be played over the weekend of January 5th 2013 are revealed.

    The draw will be conducted live on ITV1 around 2.40pm, following their coverage of the MK Dons v AFC Wimbledon Second Round grudge match.

    No less than four non-league sides are guaranteed a place in the Third Round. That's as a result of pairings in the Second Round draw of Barrow & Macclesfield Town, Harrogate Town & Hastings United, Lincoln City & Mansfield Town and Dorchester Town & Luton Town.

    And there's the opportunity for rerun of "that" cup tie from 1972, with H*r*f*rd United's Second Round tie at Cheltenham held over until Monday for live TV.

    Already eliminated from this season's competition though are Stevenage, Exeter City and Walsall - who have all previously caused us pain in this competition.

    I think we are due some luck with a cup run of decent fixtures. However I fear the cup will have to sacrificed if we do not pick up results in the meantime. You could argue that it may be welcome relief and actually help us get our form back but it has often not proved the case in the past. A non league team at home would be nice :biggrin:
