......What about having Tinman back, ex- Bristol City player, ex- Bristol City manager, resigned with complete honour, set up Spanish school for young people, meets all of the criteria for the 5 pillars.....

His heart is Bristol City, his record with us is better than the current man in charge..

Just a thought if things develop...

He was a legend on the pitch and a disaster in the dug out. He's failed once, Don't want it again. If you asked who I liked more, Tinman, Warnock or Holloway, Then yeah I would choose BT but if you asked who I would rather have as a manager, Warnock hands down, Even though he is a ****

Tinman has learnt a lot since then but I don't think he would be offered the job or he wouldn't even want it again! I wish some of the replies on here showed a little respect to the chap, ****s.

Tinman is a lovely bloke and I think it's great he is involved with the club. The same way I think its great Scott Murray is involved in the club in some capacity. But I wouldn't want him coaching the first team.

I'm torn between wanting someone who I think can drag us out of this mess, but is getting old and he is an absolute arse. Or wanting us to find someone young, with fresh ideas.

Would anyone on here wanna take a punt on someone like Paul Clement? That's even if he'd be at all interested.

    God no....!!!!!!!!

Ex players need to cut their teeth as Assistant Managers and/or coaches before being given the top job IMO
