I think Ghilas would be pretty good in the chamionship i thought he was a good player but brown never seemed to play him. I would get rid of the rest though

thing about ghilas is no club will want him, no one's seen enough of him to take a chance on the guy.

so its either keep him or pay his contract out. i would like to see him get half a season, even if its coming off the bench to see what he can do in this league. then depending on his performances, keep him, sell him or pay him off.

I was disappointed that we didn't see more of Ghilas as he was one of the few players who looked like he had anything about him. I'd be very interested to see what he could do for us in the Championship too.

I really wish AP would just stay out of the media, he's not doing the club any good at all.

Yeah, we're a laughing stock. Oh no, that was when Duffen and Brown were in charge.

Everyone knows the score, including Bullard. There's no point AP saying anything that isn't true.

Adam Pearson saved us from liquidation twice. What more do you want?

Once really though wasn't it. Oh, and I want him to leave the club so we can progress.

Who you giving the credit for last summer too then? Pixies?

Won't respond to the other bit. If you genuinely believe it, you've a screw loose somewhere.

And how pray tell, do you think Adam Pearson leaving will progress the club?

He's brought in the Allam's and it is they who will decide the level of investment in the club, not Adam.

He has done a brilliant job of getting dead wood out of the squad, he's got a job to do shifting the five remaining disasters inherited from his predecessors. He has also negotiated brilliant deals on the players he's brought in, I doubt anyone could have done better deals.

You have a completely irrational hatred of Adam Pearson, it's a pity that some people simply don't know when they're well off.

I'd say the Allams had a big hand in it, just a guess though. I feel like I'm going over old ground here, if you want to know more of views on Mr. Pearson use the forum's search function and search for "TWF", "TWFy" or "**** off and die", and you'll likely find them.

Let's try and stick to the new topic of Jimmy Bullard, and why for some reason the club wants to get rid of one of the few players we have who are capable of getting us back to the Premiership.

You could also search FOADYC which will also find them, too. :emoticon-0148-yes:

There are also a number of posts discussing the merits of releasing monies being paid to players on high salaries, and how it could be used more efficiently! :emoticon-0103-cool:

The first post has a link to an article with words from Adam Pearson, I'd say he was already in the thread. I was only planning on talking about his involvement in this particular fiasco, not his overall bad management of the club.

I don't think it is being used more efficiently though, it's just quantity over quality IMO. If somebody came up to me and said do you want a Lamborghini or 5 Ford Fiestas I'd take the Lamborghini. The players we're signing just aren't good enough to get us out of the Championship, Bullard is, that's my point.
