Is anyone else fed up with all the coverage that new football team are getting in the 3rd Div?
4 pages on Sunday in some papers.....
I realise they'll argue that it appeals to the majority of their customers. But does it?
Why would a young person follow a provincial club like Killie, for example, if their hardly ever on TV, a only get crappy coverage in newspapers? Any coverage we do get seems to be concentrating on certain aspects of the club and not the important stuff like the football.

I reckon it's time we stood up and actually did something.

How's about we (non old-firm fans) all boycott an agreed newspaper for a month to show that we want a fairer distribution of coverage across the tabloids...

    Any ideas/thoughts?

Celtic and Rangers have far more fans than the rest of Scottish football combined. Of course they get more coverage in the press etc, supply and demand.

Sorry Dodge, much as I understand your sentiment, Ciaran is right, the press is there to pamper the masses and sell papers. Its probably why I haven't bought a newspaper this millenium.

Anyway, all the best for 2013 big man. KTID.
