Looks more like the Brazilian cycling team.

 

Well, the designers clearly a dirty old batard

 

10/10 for getting that design through, not sure how they managed it, but i know nothing about the country, so maybe its the norm lol.

Apparently the World Cycling Federation has told Colombia off and said they are not to wear that kit again, spoilsports!

 

I am also reliably informed that Brazilian jokes are not appropriate as a full shave is known as a "Hollywood", similar to a "Zingy would" I assume.

i believe Blatter designed that kit all by himself, pro bono as well

 

That ridge looks like a cleat to keep them on their cycle seat.

 

All they need is the right sponsor to really make this work.
